Psalm 68:19
Song: Jireh — Elevation Worship & Maverick City Music
“Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits…” Sometimes those benefits don’t look like luxury, they look like survival. There are seasons when God’s provision is not excess; it is enough. Enough strength to stand up again, enough clarity to make one more decision, enough grace to keep showing up.
Deuteronomy reminds us that God led Israel through the wilderness and still made sure they lacked nothing. The environment could not support them, but God sustained them anyway. That is divine help: when what should have finished you becomes the place where God proves He can keep you.
Now look back at this year. How did you make it through certain months? Where did strength come from when you were drained? How did you feed? How were you not stranded? That was “daily benefits.” Not always loud, and may not be obvious, but consistent.
Sometimes God doesn’t remove the desert immediately, but He refuses to let the desert remove you. Gratitude becomes deeper when you stop saying, “I managed,” and start saying, “God sustained me.”
Prayer: Lord, thank You for daily benefits I didn’t deserve and couldn’t explain. Thank You for being my Jireh in every season.
Response: Write down 5 benefits God loaded you with this year.
